Does that mean that I have a problem towards a pulse generator?

Perhaps. Did you do any of those things that I suggested? Can you attach the manual?

I cannot attach the manual of the pulse generator.
I write down what I confirmed as follows so far.
・ Using same GPIB, I confirmed that other controllers worked normally
・ GPIB address of the pulse generator is 2.
・ An error is over the GPIB address of the pulse generator even if I change a value between 0-30
・ A message called "An error produced the scan of the measure during practice." is given when I click an icon of "I scan a measure"
・ The software succeeds when I confirm "troubleshooting utility". However, GPIB fails.
