What should I purchase to acquire and save data (READ only) from mks 275 vacuum gauge, RGA, Power sensors, Pneumatic valves?

I want to acquire and save data from Pressure transducers, Mass flow controllers, network analyzers using LABVIEW. I don't know how to get started with it. Can you please help me how to set up, what to purchase?
