You don't have the same function in your VI that you have in your picture.
The picture uses Boolean to (0,1). Your VI used Boolean Array to Number..

Griff22 , what is that? It is not working? Are you kidding me?
to the others I should say that it is with boolean to numebr or boolean to 0 or 1 , it is not working.
hope there are some professional nights in here.

Okay if you are trying to find out the error between the 2 arrays, start with the arrays the same size.
Try this Vi Just change the numbers in the array and check the results. Answers are in percentage.
( by the way for someone who is asking for help you could be a little nicer.)
Have a nice day.

BER IS 0 for two examples in picture. BER must be less than 1.

Ok, sorry.
I can not open your design, My version of labview is lower. Could you please send me the picture? I want even when 2 arrays not in same size, is working in this way?

try this. It should take into account the diffeerent size arrays, and output a false for the ones that are "Extra" in either array. It also will divide by the larger of the 2 arrays.
