Add Noise to FM signal

Hi,

How can I generate an FM signal of a user specified SNR in LabVIEW. I have tried using "MT add awgn.vi" , but it works for digital modulation schemes because it asks for Eb/No and bits per sample as its inputs...I can use "uniform white noise" or "Bernolli noise" VIs to add noise to my FM signal but how would I specify SNR in that case???

Hi Sandy,

If you know what your signal is and what your SNR is, couldn't you work backwards to determine what the amplitude of your noise should be and use that as the amplitude for the Uniform White Noise VI?
