Hello there
I have a similar problem here. I installed labview 8.5 on most of the PCs in the lab but now we need VIs to be in LV 7.0 for another facility.
The oldest copy I got a hold of was 8.0, so I translated the VIs to 7.1, yet I won't run on 7.0
Could you please (somebody with LV 7.1) transform the following files from 7.1 to 7.0
Thank you very much
// NB: Simply open and save the 'index.vi' - it will save all the others along with it.

First, please post any responses to a new thread. Staying off these old (3 years!) ones really does make a difference in helping the community to support you!
Now, some helpful links on the subject. These have nice tables to see what versions let you open/save what (VERY useful).
Can I Save VIs in My Current LabVIEW Version for Use in a Previous Version?

It looks like not all of your VIs are 7.1. I think the LLB is still 8.0? Check out this utility for saving LLBs to a previous version. Comes in handy
