Are there any functional differences between the trial and the paid version for Labview 2009?  Thank you.

you won't be able to create .exe's

i used the trial version of the vision assistant and couldn't use the applcation builder.

The Vision Toolkit is separate from LabVIEW, and it has its own licensing scheme. With respect to LabVIEW itself, the main difference is that you get a watermark on your front panels. You can build applications, but they will have watermarks as well. Very large watermarks.
