Assigning Short Cut Keys to Boolean Buttons

Hi All,

I have a boolean button on my front panel with its mechanical action set to "latch when released".

I want to assign a short key combination to it say "Ctrl+B".

Can anyone tell me how to do this.

I have made a code own my own and attached it here...is there a better way of doing this.

well if you right click the boolean button go to properties and than go to key navigation and you can set shortcut keys there

But this is limited to a few choices....i want to have combinations like "Ctrl+S" for Start, "Ctrl+A" for Abort, "Ctrl+H" for Help etc.....
