Automatically swith the NI 9481 relays

Hello I am using the DAQ NI 9481 instrument and I am trying to automatically swith the relays on for 30 seconds and then off, however, I can't seem to get this going without manually using a boolean control.  I have tried using shift register examples but they never transfer the true of false signal.

You have obviously done something wrong in your code but unless you post it, how can anyone tell you how to fix it?

Here's what I have so far.  NI cDAQ is the main VI and Relays Port is the SubVI.
