I watch several pdf tutorial , white paper , webcast,  youtube tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=frLkFT0VPAY but ı can't handle it . Also ı read every function  help.

But you are unable to use quick drop or the Search button on the function palette to find the function called Delay? Is this a language problem? You aren't using the English version of LabVIEW?

Also ı used time delay func. but it still seems something wrong ?

You've got it in the wrong place. Place it before the read and after you configure the number of averages. See if makes a difference.
