I am looking for the aftermarket breakout boards for it if anyone can point me to them.

Which cable do you exactly have?

You can get this cable to split the 200 pos connector into 4 sets of 50 D-Sub connectors. Then you can get breakout board for the 50 pos D-Sub from the market.

Yeah, this is a fairly dense connector requiring very special cable and breakout that is quite pricey.
