Can any version of electronic workbench measure capacitance (in farads)?

I used electronic workbench some time ago and would like to get a more current version but I can't seem to find one that does what I need.

I need to measure ciruits with capacitors. Can any version of electronic workbench measure capacitance (in farads)?

It has its own board.
