i am a beginner to labview. i waned to know is it possible for me to connect my laptop webcam to LabVIEW 8.6 to acquire images from it. if so, can you describe my the steps in how i have to proceed. i own a dell xps laptop. kindly help me.
There is an example in this thread that provides functions to capture video from a Windows webcam. I just tried this on my Atom based laptop with a built-in webcam and it works well.
I found this by entering 'webcam' in the NI Discussin forum sear bar.
