Can't connect NI myRIO 1900 via USBLAN

My computer can't find NI myRIO 1900 that connected with USB cable and show notice in network adapters, "National Instruments USBLAN Adapter" like attached photo. And also I can't find it in NI MAX too. I tried installing CompactRIO 19.0, CompactRIO 19.6, Drivers, etc., but it still the same. Please help me.

List of installed software below.

LabVIEW 2019

Real-Time 2019

myRIO Toolkit 2019

OS: Window 10

I just plugged in my own myRIO and powered it up.  You didn't provide us with enough information to judge whether you have the right software installed.  Here are some items I can see in both Device Manager and in MAX:

  • OS:  Windows 10, 64-bit
  • LabVIEW: 2019 SP1 f5, 32-bit (though any version of 2019, 32-bit should work).  Also LabVIEW RunTime 2019.
  • NI PXI Platform Services (mine says 22.5 because I also have myRIO Platform 2021).
  • NI System Configuration (also 2022)
  • MAX, DAQmx, NI-RIO, NI-VISA
  • I do NOT see National Instruments USBLAN Adapter

What happens when you plug in your myRIO?  Do you hear the "Welcome to USB" tone?  Does a pop-up appear asking what you want to do with the myRIO (which it identifies)?  Please plug in your myRIO, open MAX, see if the myRIO is listed under "Remote Systems".  If it is, click on its Icon, expand the Software tab, and post a screen shot showing the Software listing and also the System Settings view to the right of this (which shows the Firmware, OS, and other information about the attached myRIO).

Getting started with myRIO can be a challenge.  For what it is worth, setting up a LabVIEW 2019 system is much easier (unless you "know the trick") than trying to use myRIO with any more recent version of LabVIEW ...
