Can't install labview 2024 Q1 runtime engine

I'm trying to install Labview runtime 2024 Q1 on a machine but it is currently not working. The package manager says:

Unable to locate package 'LabVIEW Runtime (64-bit) (>=24.1.1.49153-0+f1)' with a compatible version and architecture.

If I download the offline version from the webpage and try to install, it just says "No operation to be performed". I've tried on two different machines, both give the same error and both are running windows 10. I can install any other version fine, except the 2024 Q1 version.

What is causing this issue ?

I installed it last week on a machine with no issue. Now I try to install it and it doesn't work. Have you found the issue?

I haven't tried using the package manager again, but I contacted support and they sent me the file directly, which worked

There likely was an intermittent problem that's been fixed - it should be working now.

I'm having issues with this - from the package installer I get

I know I can open a support request for this, but I need a quick solution (bit in a rush here). So I'm asking here, in case someone faced this and have aleady a solution.

I've downloaded the LabVIEW 2024 Q3 installer from the ni.com download page. When I run the installer on a fresh Windows installation, after the NI Pacakage Maganer is installed, I get this error:

Clicking the Cancel button, of course, stops the installation process, so I can't install LV 20204 Q3.

I've tried on other systems this morning to install LV directly through the Product page of the NI Package Manager and got the same error.

I think the ni.com package repository was having some issues this morning, but they should be fixed now. Please give it another try.
