We are facing issue in acquiring images in NIMAX from basler camera which is connected to PCIe 8237R. we have tried solving the problem using https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z0000019Lj9SAE&l=en-IN, https://www.baslerweb.com/en/sales-support/knowledge-base/frequently-asked-questions/troubleshooting-lost-packets-or-frames-while-using-gige-cameras/29830/, http://www.ni.com/product-documentation/5846/en/ . But didnt find a solution to this problem.

Hi there,
You said you followed the steps in the linked documents, but in your picture it still says the packet size is 8000. Did you try a packet size of 1500?
Do you have a way to turn off the firewall to see if that is the issue?

Hello,
Windows Firewall is off, we have tried with 1500 packet size we are able to grab image. It fails to grab from 1900 packet size but our requirement is 8000 packet size. In other PC which is having same having specs was working with 8000 packet size.

Is the camera connected directly to the PCIe card or through an ethernet switch? Have you already done the step of going to the Local Area Connection properties and setting Jumbo Packets to 9014 bytes?

Hello,
Camera is connected through the switch. Jumbo frames was set to gigE vision only and jumbo packets was set to 16594bytes. And we also tried with 9014 bytes. But still it didn't work.

You may have to configure the switch to allow jumbo frames as well, which will be different depending on which switch you have. (I have used some that simply don't support jumbo frames). Have you configured your switch to allow them?

We are using same network switch that we have used in the previous PC in which it was working fine. We sure about that network switch that will support jumbo frames. And we have also enabled jumbo frame on the network properties. But it didn't work.

Hmm... you can try swapping components with the other system and see what causes it to break. For example, stream your camera from the working system, if it's working ok, good. Then swap the network switches, if this causes errors, then likely there is a problem with the switch, if not, then likely a problem with the computer / drivers. I would give Basler a call, since you have bought their product and I'm sure they've dealt with this many times before.

We have tried all the combination of changing pcie card slot in the CPU, placing same card on the other new PC, one more new pcie card in this PC. And with new pcie card and new CPU also it is not working. Changed the network switch and checked. We also have installed same drivers with which it is working. We have contacted NI and we are waiting for the US team to revert back.

Since you have a PC works OK with the same hardware, you can use that PC with all the new components. It's likely to be a SW issue.
