Hello, i have a problem with the search 1d array function, i cant find it in the array palette and if i try to quick drop it says "Search 1D Array is not a valid object name".
If i copy and paste it from another vi it works, but i wont be able to do it always so i wanted to know if its a common problem. thank you.

Do you mean that your Array Palette in whichever version of LabVIEW you didn't tell us you were using did not look like this?
So what version of LabVIEW were you using? What did your Array Palette look like? [Note -- the above is the Array Palette from LabVIEW 2021 SP1]. What can you tell us about the installation of LabVIEW on your computer, and about your own experience using LabVIEW?

Take a look at this thread for a fix: https://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/Search-1D-Array-Changed-in-2020-SP1/m-p/4114819
There is a VI by Jim Kring to add it back to the pallete (which also fixes quick drop).
