Did you mean:

Center justify text in a String Indicator

Hi smercurio_fc ,

I don't undestand, is there a solution in the link you proposed ?

Because with a picturecontrol it's to complicated and I don't have the time to do it (or if someone can share a VI doing that, please let me know).

No, that's an idea being proposed so that it gets considered by the LabVIEW developers to be included into the next version of LabVIEW. Those ideas that gets lots of Kudos get the most consideration.

Ok I undestood.

So for me the best way would be to have a option directly in the property node like text.verticalcentering !

Thanks for help, finally I did my trick with the carriage return :smileywink:

If you don't have to do it programatically, you can click on the indicator (during development) and then select the drop down menu where you select your font and choose justify->center.

I know this is an old post..but found it in my search.

I have LV 2011....and when I right click on the string indicator..I can't find any options to change font or text alignment....is it no longer present on the panel object and you have to do it programmatically now?

TIA,

cayenne

No one said right click on the indicator.

Just select the indicator.   Then go to the drop down for fonts which is on th toolbar of the VI.
