Hello
So, we are being forced to change our emails and i was wondering if there can be any problems with changing email address in my NI account, seeing as it's tied to a perpetual licence we have?

The main problem I had was to find the correct account settings page to be able to change my email address. After that it worked just fine. However we use an Alliance Member software lease (a subscription) which is tied to our company. NI supposedly uses that to check that a signed up user belongs to the according organization that the software lease is paid from, but they do seem to have some procedures in place to allow exceptions, however that definitely can incur additional delays as you would need to find a contact person at NI to allow such exceptions.

Company name has not (yet?) changed and neither has address/billing info.
A new trademark was registered and emails reflect that change.

I ended up mailing/calling support, then it was easy.
