I'm trying to make a copy of your code but I have a problem. Selecting the add button doesn't open the other VI, it just freezes the program.

can you see any error in my code?

The only difference I find is these nodes with a white triangle, they are in the event structure:

Update: The problem is resolved, i needed to change the VI properties.
