Connecting Redlab-TEMP with labview for measuing thermocouples

I want to connect RedLab USB-TEMP with Labview to measure thermocouples. I have installed LV drivers but it is not working. Please provide me some suggestions. Thank you.

The manufacturer of your hardware should be the first you ask…

Read the manual that came with your hardware: it should explain the requirements!

"Not working" is a bad, very bad error description: when you want specific help you should provide specific information…
