The article I linked to in my previous post literally has a file called Example Batch Conversion which generates several TDMS files, then converts them all. Here is that link again.

Hi Hooovahh
Thanks for you kind help
The Vi is perfectly fine for a single file.
Could you please help with selecting all the files at the same time, the Example Batch Conversion didn't work for me it seems some subvi are missing!.
Is there any way to convert the tdms file to mat files??
Best Regards
Rajab

Oh and what subVIs are missing? They wouldn't happen to be OpenG VIs would they? Because I mentioned under the requirements that OpenG is needed. And I even went through the process of generating a VIPC with all the OpenG packages needed and named it OpenG Packages Needed.vipc and included it.
