Hi,

I would suggest to use an IndexArray function on those gray level data.

Index the interesting row of data and display it in a graph...

Best regards,
GerdW

Hi Learner,

do you already have a graph? (Maybe you should name it correctly IntensityGraph...)

- Enable cursors for the intensity graph.

- Edit the cursor appearance to show lines.

- Read the cursor position.

- Index the corresponding row/column and display it in a graph...

Why don't you atach a VI with your current approach?

Best regards,
GerdW

Hi Learner,

I'm referring to the upper image of your first post. I would use an IntensityGraph to display it...

Best regards,
GerdW

Hi Learner,

it's the same as suggested before, simply change the cursor style...

Best regards,
GerdW
