Couldn't stop the CANalyzer application but 'start' method is running

I am trying to do a simple program using canalyzer API. I could start the application but couldnt stop. Also attaching the options selected. Can anyone help with this? Thanks.

Can you provide a little more information on what exactly you are trying to do? Are you programming in LabVIEW?

The forum thread at this link my point you in the right direction. It seems like there is a problem with the CANalyzer API.

Hi Chris,

I am using ActiveX/COM from test stand and unfortunately the conversation in the forwarded thread didn't help me. 

I am also attaching the simple step I have got in test stand. The Start method works but NOT the stop method. The methods are selected in the 'Step settings' as shown in the previous attachment.

Hi Gobz,

You might have more luck posting in the TestStand forums as the guys who monitor it will have more experience.

I'll have a look into the problem for you but based on the other thread, I think the problem is underlying in CANalyzer. You could try accessing the API through another method other than TestStand to work out whether the problem is with TestStand or not.
