Your English is good enough for me to understand that you desperately want someone to do your work for you. You might want to post here to see if you can pay someone to do it for you. Or you can provide us with what you have done so far and we can guide you in your quest to develop code that will do what you need it to do.

When you want to gain experience you shoudl start with the Training resources offered at the top of the LabVIEW board.
And it surely would help to show the expected result of your requirement and to explain the way you want to achieve this result…
