Creating 3D image using Laser scanner

If we use Lego then its adjustable, whereas for Robot the arm will be about maximum about a feet..

Accuracy of about 2 mm..?  What if the encoder is attached to the Robo Arm to measure the angular motion?

NO.

I was telling you to apply trigonomtry to answer your own question about what type of encoder.

If English is a complication feel fre to post in both English and your native tongue. I wll not be able to read the other version but we have contributors from all over the world and somebody should be able to respond or translate... provided you are demonstarting you are willing to do the work.

As it stands now I am questioning if you are looking for someone else to do this work for you or are trying to answer your own questions.

Fo now I will give you the benefit of the doubt and assume it is a lngauge issue.
