Creating a new Event in event structure

Hi mike,

I have a vi and say few controls on it .Iwant to track event on one of the control in another vi. How can select it. Please refer my code to see what i have done.Also i can have only "value change" event.what should i do to access other events?

I wanted to track event of "Vr"  that is numeric control.

Hi Gaurav,

The Dynamic Event Registration node should be expandable to get other valid events available for that particular type of control. Did you try this?

Yes i tried. But no other option was available. Also did you c my code? Is it the right way to track the event of control that i want?

I m not sure of how to track an event of a Ctl inside another VI.

But I m sure that the Dynamic Events Registration node is expandable & you can configure more events.
