DAQPad-6052E and LabView problem

Hi ,

I am trying to connect DAQPad-6052E and make some data acquisition for my university project. I am working on Windows XP since there is only Legacy driver 7.4.4 for DAQPad-6052E only for XP.  Also, im using Labview 8.5 since newest versions are not compatible with 7.4.4 driver. dont know if its impotrant but on DAQPad is connected EMG with Channel 0 and Channel 1

My problem is there, DAQPad-6052 is woking in NI Max  TEST pannel and its reading connected channels (0 & 1). It's listed under Devices and Interfaces/Traditional NI-DAQ(Legacy)Devices/DAQPad-6052E for 1394(Device1)  but i can't make him listed under NI-DAQmx Devices...is that even possible?!?.  After that test I start Labview 8.5 and use DAQAssistant and there is no analog  inputs(voltage).(NO device connected?!)

there was installed newest version of NImax and same problem occurred so i deinstall(everything) and again install with older NImax(4.3.0f0).

Is there some program for acquistion of voltage inputs avoiding DAQAssistant or anything that will solve this problem.

You should specify which version of DAQmx you are trying to use instead of the version of MAX. However, I don't see it listed under DAQmx 15.1 except the pci and pxi versions so you'll have to use the traditional DAQ functions in LabVIEW. They will be listed separately on your palette.
