DAQmx DRIVERS NOT SEEN IN MEASUREMENT I/O

Recently, we modified the LABVIEW version from 2015 to 2016 along with all the compatible drivers. However, we could not perform our code, which was completely fine with LABVIEW 2015. Note that we could not also see the DAQmx drives in the measurement I/O palette. I guess there might be some sort of software-related issue. Please let me know the solutions, and if possible, can your support team check via online mode?

Did you download and install NI DAQmx driver? You have to install that separately AFTER installation of LabVIEW (Unless you have one of those old Developer Suite DVD ROM sets, one of the DVDs was the separate Driver Installation disk.

https://www.ni.com/en/support/downloads/drivers/download.ni-daq-mx.html

Additional limitation you only can use DAQmx 16.0 to DAQmx 19.6 to install support into LabVIEW 2016. Newer versions will not only not install any libraries into your LabVIEW 2016 version but will also remove any other DAQmx libraries from any LabVIEW installation on your system.

Yes, I have installed DAQmx driver, and the version is 19.6 plus there are no additional drivers of higher version in the system during installation there were no errors, still after installation I cannot see LabVIEW 2016 in my system. I cannot understand why this is happening. Plus, I am getting this pop up, ss of which I am attaching with this question. Please note there are no other LabVIEW versions as well as drivers installed on this system. Please help!

The error dialog you show is caused by the VIPM Helper application. This is a separate built executable that is part of the VIPM (VI Package Manager) application from JKI. Somehow you seem to have installed VIPM 2019 and that did not install the according LabVIEW runtime. The LabVIEW runtime is not LabVIEW itself but is required by any application that is build with the LabVIEW Application Builder.

Go to the LabVIEW download page here, select LabVIEW 2019, Windows, Runtime, 32-bit and then download that and install it. After that your VIPM Helper application should start fine.
