i am trying to copy folders from one drive and transfering them to another drive..The attached VI isnt working unless they are zipped folders

most of the functions you used in your VI support error i/o - but you don't use them.

What does not work?

Do the folders exist on the target? If that's not the case you need to create them…

You can't copy whole folders at one go using the file io functions. You have to create the destination folder and then copy one file at a time.
