Simple program not working

Hi

I have written what should be a simple program, however I am not getting an output voltage on the digital output line. Why? I checked for voltage using a multimeter.

I have attached the program

Thanks

Hi Greg,

when I open your VI it shows a broken wire.

Simple solution: as long as you have a broken wire you cannot run your VI. Clear the error for that broken wire!

What kind of device do you use? There are open collector (or relais) type devices where you cannot simply use a DMM to measure a voltage…

Best regards,
GerdW

Downgrade your code to LV 2013 or less and attach in the same thread.

Thanks

Hi

Sorry about that, I have the connection mended.

The correct program is now attached. I am using a Mydaq.

Does the program look correct?

If it does, I will have to look at the circuit hardware (LED and Resistor)

Thanks

Greg

Hi Pankaj,

it's just a boolean control and a DAQAssistent in a while loop, you don't need to see this… 🙂

Hi Pankaj

How do I downgrade the program?

Hi Greg,

are there any error messages? Have you enabled error display?

Why do you bang your hardware in a "fast as it can"-loop? Why don't you use some timing in your loop?

Best regards,
GerdW

What is the digital line connected to?

Did you wire up the error output to an indicator?
