DFDT - DIGITAL FILTER DESIGN TOOL

Dear all,

I'm trying to run the DFDT tool, locally on my machine (not on web).

I had downloaded the DFDT itself and Labview 2015 (32 bit), as reuquired.

My question:

How to run the DFDT tool? Should I run it from within L.V. ? Should I open a new VI?

I could not find a way to 'double click' the DFDT itself for running it...

Create a VI.  Right-click on your Block Diagram and go to the "Signal Processing" palette.  There, you'll see a "Digital Filter Design" sub-palette.  Hover over that.  You'll see a range of choices.  Look into the Design palette.  Choose either of the two express VIs (the ones with the blue backgrounds).  They'll pop up the dialogue you're seeing on that tutorial page.
