Data socket exe build error

Hi,

I have Labview ver2018 SP1 in my system (Win10).

Try to build exe from the NI example simple data socket, it prompt me the error as below:

Also, i can't find any NI Data Socket 4.7.0 inside the additional installers.

Can advise on this issue.

The error does not relate to your method, but rather a LabVIEW method for creating icons. I guess I would start looking there.

Related to the DataSocket. I thought it was automatically installed when selecting the Runtime Engine, so I wouldn't worry about that. According to https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z0000019NFLSA2&l=en-CH it should come automatically installed.

You're right. It seem like i have problem with icon creation even i use other NI examples, it will prompt error.

When try to open the icon.llb & open "read icon for Application.vi / EXE.vi", it will looking for "draw flattened pixmap.vi" & missing "flattened pixmap.vi" too.

Any possible where to download the icon.llb?

Pfff, I don't know where you would be able to download it.

I guess I would recommend you to repair your LabVIEW installation. You can start that under the uninstallation options. It takes a while, so start it before lunch / going home.
