Device appears in NI Max but not LabVIEW Program

I have a Keysight GPIB to USB converter to connect a SR630 Thermocouple Monitor to my LabVIEW program. I have no issues setting up the Keysight device (82357B) and it appears in NI Max with no issues. I have checked to use NiVisaTulip.dll in NI Max and downloaded NI-488.2. 

 

I also have IO name filtering set up. This device was showing up in LabView the other day, but now it has seemed to vanish.
