Differences with the control "multicolumn Listbox" of the"Silver Palette" and the "Palette Modern".

Solved!
Go to solution

HI.

While I worked with these controls in a user interface, I found a strange behavior between these two controls. Basically the control "multicolumn Listbox" of the "Silver Palette", that represents a "2D array", this appears always initialized with a null value in the first column and up to row 6, on the contrary the control "multicolumn listbox" in the "Modern palette" appears uninitialized.

Is this normal behavior? .

Hi Jonathan,

This was reported to R&D previously as CAR 382668. It is still present in LabVIEW 2012 SP1, but has been evaluated to be fixed in future versions of LabVIEW. Thanks for reporting it!

CAR 382668 discussed in this thread has been fixed in LabVIEW 2013. For a more complete list of bugs fixed in LabVIEW 2013, check the LabVIEW 2013 Bug Fixes. You can download an evaluation copy of LabVIEW 2013 at http://www.ni.com/trylabview/ or if you have an earlier version of LabVIEW installed and an active SSP subscription, you will be able to download the latest version of LabVIEW through NI Update Service.
