Thanks Mike for the reply, but for some reason the message did not show in the initial post.
As we are making a VI to control steering and forward/backward motion of a converted RC car, we would deeply appreciate any ideas or example VI's that will control the vehicle motors. The steering system is a digital servo connected to a CompactRIO, which is then connected to the computer. No connections are wireless. We have been told it is extremely difficult to make such a VI from scratch in our time limit of 2 weeks.
As far as we have understood, we have to create a VI with pulse modulation and a waveform generator. Also, is it true that we can not directly create a digital signal, but have to convert an analogue output to digital to conform the signal to the servo motor?
