I don't know why you are failing to understand the instructions, so let's keep this simple.
1. Go to the Version Conversion Board
2. Start a new message there.
3. Make your subject line clear like you have made it here so people know what your current version is and what you are looking for.
4. Put all 3 attachments into that single post. Better yet, zip them up and attach the zip file as a single attachment.
5. Wait. Version 8 to version 6 requires 4 downconversions (to 7.1, to 7.0, to 6.1 then to 6.0)
