Drive LEDs on 8-bit Digital I/O for WattsView Power Monitor

So this is what I have right now. I right clicked the output, and I only got an appended aray of 1 LED. I think my equation is correct. Or did I miss something? 

Also, are there certain addresses for the 8-Bit Digital I/O that I need to account for in this appended array?

Drag the array downwards to show more of the LED's.

(You really need to take the LabVIEW tutorials.)
