Encountering Error Code 1324 while Downloading the Latest Version of RF Suite: Record, Playback, and Analysis

Currently, I'm using the USRP-2900 model and trying to download RF signals using the RF Suite: Record, Playback, and Analysis software from NI. However, I'm consistently encountering the problem shown in the picture below. Does anyone know how to solve this?

I've tried changing the language of Windows to English and even attempted to install it with administrator rights, but the same error keeps appearing.
