Error -1074000000 occurred at Agilent B2900

Hello,

I am trying to use the Agilent SMU B2902BL and in current source mode configuration.

Attached is the sub VI of Configure source module and I get the error code "Error -1074000000 occurred at Agilent B2900". The program works fine for voltage source mode.

On a quick look at the error message. This error is from the instrument. If you could look for Error "-222, Data out of range" in the programming manual of Agilent B2900, you can get more information.

Since it works fine for Voltage source mode, you might not be setting it correctly for current source mode. Try to check the the current limits that is configured via this VI.

Unfortunately, I cannot open this VI as I am using lower version of LabVIEW.
