Did you mean:

Error 200477

The Database and Report Generator toolkits would not generate the error you have.  I believe they both come free now with LabVIEW so you can probably install them if you want.  Of course, if your code uses them, you will need to install them.

It is sounding more and more like your EXE has been corrupted.  The easiest thing for most of us would be to just build a new EXE and see if it works.

Is your LabVIEW program on the old developer's PC contained in a project?  (There should be a .lvproj file in the folder with the VIs.)

Yes I did Recompile an exe file from the project using his old computer but I ran into the same issue. On the testing Computer.  It appears that the Code does use the tool kit for the data base and for Report Generation to generate a report in excel format.

This is very strange then.

Can you post the whole project here or is it proprietary?

The troubleshooter in me has to ask the obvious question:  Can you think of ANYTHING that has recently changed in your test environment?

Software updates to your PCs?  Network security?  Hardware upgrades?

I will try to take a look through your code, but I'm taking a vacation day this Monday.  Hopefully others here will check it out too. 😁

Your issue is the MAX configuration.  Looking at the MAX screenshot you posted, it sees a cDAQ that is named "cDAQ1", but the code is looking for "cDAQ3".  Rename your cDAQ chassis and modules in MAX to match the code.

If you want to be completely sure, export the MAX configuration from the development laptop (the one you said worked) and use that to import it on your station.  Save that configuration in your software's SCC, or at least on a server.

The files that say they're 2018 are actually LabVIEW 2020 which I can't open as I only have 2019.

You can try using the File > Save for Previous Version... to back-save the whole project to 2018.

Late Yesterday I put a new Computer in and I am still in process of setting that one up in the test control box.  I am trying to activate the software but the Activation Codes that NI gave me late yesterday are invalided it says.  But up intel then no other changes other then the incoming power late last week is what started this all the incoming wiring which is what made the power be unstable and the machine was powering randomly.
