Error 32804 "Invalid IAHandle"

When running a complied vi I get error: 32804 "invalid IAHandle was specified.
I'm using IA Servers (Server Explorer 2.2) to communicate through Modbus Plus (PnP) on a Win2000 machine. I've installed the IA Servers Patch from NI.
