Error 7 occured at new file

Hello,

So I've written a VI that communicates with an intrument using downloaded drivers that originally ran fine. I moved the VI from the original location to the desktop, and copied the drivers to that location as well. I keep receiving this error message regarding the file. I am sure that I have messed up the file path. Could someone help me on how to fix this and get the VI to run properly. I think this is a common mistake and I just need to know where to move the files.

Thanks!

We can't help you fix a VI to run properly when you haven't attached the VI to be fixed.  Also give some more information such as where was the original location?  What is the file path you are sure you messed up?

Hi ngorg,

a forum like this one lives from replies, where users actually tell their solutions!

Do you mind to tell us how you solved the problem?

Maybe the next one with the same problem is able to find and use your solution…

Best regards,
GerdW
