Error reporting to NI

is there any system that allows NI customers to report errors or problems to NI? (And view problems of other customers except discussion forums).

If you have a more serious problem and you don't want to post it on the forum, there are some otheroptions:

- you can contact the customer support at techsupport@ni.com,

- take a look at ni.com/support

- you can contact your local NI branch directly.
