XControl - Item Settings strange behavior

Hi,

I am developing an XControl and I ran into a strange problem. If I create an property and go to XControl Properties -> Item Settings and select Property, I am able to set Unique identifier, description, etc. But when I close the project and open it again and go to Item Settings the Property is not marked as property anymore (it appears as normal folder), thus I am not able to set Unique identifier, description, etc. anymore. I attached the two images below that demonstrates the behavior. Tried that several time and it is always the same, also when I create new XControl. I have LV 2012.

Dear Andrej!

Thank you for the detailed description. I've checked, and this is a known issue with LabVIEW currently.

To work around this problem, you can open the XControl directly with LabVIEW (so just opening it as is, and not as part of a project).  This enables you see and specify all Item Settings correctly.
