Question is: Why is it working on my PC and not on yours 
I would delete the XY Graph event case and reprogram it.
Weird actions may solve weird problems 🙂

...it is working with Cursor Move...maybe I have a regular old mouse. But it seems ok with the MOVE function.
I will do more testing.
