FPGA Error -61499 on building memory node

Hi,guys. I'm trying to use memory node in my fpga VI and it occurs errors. The FIFO and compilation have no errors. Has anyone encounter such an error? Please help me.  Thank you!

And I have tried to search it on ni.com. The three possible reasons do not match with my situation.

beside showing the error message: can you attach a (simplified?) LV project with all needed VIs for us to be able to recreate your problem?

Right now that error message image is the only information you share with us…

Right now I didn't implement on my VIs. The error comes from this

I right click the fpga target, click the add, select memory, and it shows a configuration window for the memory.

That is when the error ouccrs. I didn't even use the node in any VIs. I attached the snapshot of the project window.

I think it's probably because one of the labview file is corrupted. I find a similar problem on the forum

I locate the file named niFpgaContainerState, I first back it up and deleted it, then restart labview, however it is not regenerated by labview as expected, and the problem remains. This is very strange cuz the FIFO, register and also the compilation work all fine. Only the memory node.
