I'm far alway from my customer. I asked my service enginner to run this VI after forcing close the C++ software.
This VI works, no error is present.

If this works for you, you can download and install the complete library from https://www.mhst.de/upload/47519452-lvserial-1-2-13-32.zip

It's always frustrating when the customer asks you to solve their problem - but you have no control over the problem!

@Martin_Henz,
Thank you very much.The library works.
I just replace serial functions with the VIs of library.
All these VI interfaces are the same with the function of LabVIEW2014.
I want to know who developed this library, the 3nd partner?
Because I find all the functions between LabVIEW2014 and the library version LabVIEW2018 are the same.
Thank you.

I started development for this library long time ago, At this time VISA had lot of ugly bugs (and slow) for the serial port (VISA has still has some undesirable behavior). The library has some additional features but in general it can be used as a replacement. Help text is avaiable though the labview context help (for nearly all VIs and their controls). It is written in plain C code, the source code is also available and last but not least a 64 bit version.
The library uses only the asynchronious mode, because I see no benefit from synchronious mode.
