Is there a question there?  If there is a VI and you need help with it, attach the VI, tell us as much about the problem as you can, and tell us what you don't understand.

I'm doing acquisition of two analog inputs, but oscillates too , am new to programming with Labview , always use .NET . Is there any treatment to improve signal quality?

Of course there is.  However, first take the time to study LabVIEW (use the list ot tutorials in the box at the upper right of the Forum page), write some LabVIEW code, use the LabVIEW Help, poke around in the Block Diagram functions, and you'll probably be able to answer your own question.
