Font Size LabVIEW 2023

Hi,

can someone answer the following questions for me?

The font size of the local variables was changed in LabVIEW 2023. This one is bigger and I can't change it. This will move existing LabVIEW 2020 block diagrams because the local variables have a different width.

Unfortunately, the Font Dialog / Application Font / System Font / Dianlog Font settings have no influence on the font size of the local variables.

simple solution: use less/no local and global variables…

There was a change to adapt height of certain blockdiagram elements to fit in size with each other. I guess those variables belong to those elements…

The point of the change was that we now have a fixed font size that doesn't depend on font settings.

The current font (size) won't change, and can't be changed, while before it could potentially change over systems or time (misaligning code).

Sadly, the consequence is that existing code is misaligned...

AFAIK, there's no solution.

A scripting VI could be made to fix it, but it's probably more time consuming than it is to DIY the alignment.
