Well, I took my laptop home last night to finish cleaning up the front panel and I checked my "Make text and other items larger or smaller" setting and it was the same setting as when it's plugged into the docking station.  I locked the front panel up when I was finished, and this morning I plugged into my docking station, brought up the front panel and lo and behold...it was about 2.5 times larger.  Now the outer edges of the panel are literally off the screen.

I *really* don't want to resize everything.  Any more ideas what's going on?

You solve the problem by not checking these two boxes. 😄

I too setup all my LabVIEW INIs (different versions) to use Tahoma 13 for all fonts (a holdover from LabVIEW 4.0 days I think). I also have, as part of any project application build, a VI that runs and updates the INI associated with the built application to also use these fonts. But I did find that at times this was not enough. In Windows 7, I also needed to use the Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Display setting  (under "Make it easier to read what's on your screen" or "make text and other items larger or smaller") and set it to "100%" so Windows was not rescaling things. Finally, if you use a VI as part of a remote front panel within a web browser, the web browser can have scaling settings that impact the appearance of the controls and their associated fonts.
